This gasket cutter has little sponges in it that push out the gasket after is is cut.  It also cuts out the 1/4" through hole at the same time.  Pretty nifty huh?

This is the jig I use to hold the clean out plugs while I drill them.  It is made from PVC.  The clean out plug can just slide in and out of it.  Made for mass production.  The Tap jig is used in a drill press so I can get a perfectly straight hole tapped down through the clean out plug.
